• Soldering/pcb rework
• PCB assembly
• Cable assembly
• Ability to work from sketches/drawings/notes and not necessarily manufacture quality drawings
• Work directly with engineers
• Interest in and ability to learn new skills 
•    Skilled in a machine shop environment
• Electrical Engineering Knowledge
• Experience bringing up pcbs
• Experience testing power/signals on PCBs
• Experience debugging PCBs
